1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using Nestique SaaS Starter Kit, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. License Grant

Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the SaaS Starter Kit for commercial purposes. This includes the right to:

  • Use the code in unlimited commercial projects
  • Modify and customize the code for your needs
  • Distribute the final application without restriction

3. Restrictions

You may not:

  • Resell, redistribute, or share the source code
  • Create competing products using our code
  • Remove copyright notices from the code
  • Use our trademarks without permission

4. Payment and Refunds

All purchases are final. Due to the digital nature of our product, we do not offer refunds except in cases where:

  • Technical issues prevent download for more than 48 hours
  • The product is materially different from the description

5. Support

We provide 6 months of email support for installation and setup questions. Support does not include custom development or debugging of your modifications.

6. Updates

You will receive lifetime updates to the starter kit at no additional cost. Updates are provided as-is and do not guarantee compatibility with your customizations.

7. Disclaimer

The software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of this software.
